Facebook Summer Event Terms & Conditions

The photographer who is chosen as the best summer photographer will receive a $1,000 USD voucher for any group tour conducted by BlainInJapan.com or its affiliate Japandreamscapes.com

- The voucher is transferable to another party as long as email notification is given to Blain Harasymiw prior to the transfer.

- The voucher is good for three (3) years after the date of its issuance.

- The voucher CANNOT be used for an individual/private tour unless the private tour exceeds four (4) days in length.

- BlaininJapan.com & Japandreamscapes.com do not carry any responsibility beyond the photo workshop itself.  The voucher cannot be used for plane tickets for the photo tour or toward any items of a personal nature.

- Facebook is not affiliated with this event in any way, so any concerns should be brought to the group administrator or moderators.

 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Dreamscapes Photography Association's administrator or moderators.
